If you’re not able to delete files from cPanel and you get the following error message.

Unable to change directory to /home/username/.trash! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: No such file or directory)

Most likely it is a disk space issue, make sure you didn’t run out of disk space, in that case you can delete unneeded files/folders or upgrade to the next level.
