Once you have successfully connected to FTP, you should upload your web site to the public_html for Cpanel Control Panel and httpsdoc for Plesk Control Panel folder on the server. Anything you place within this folder will be visible on your domain name.
You should call your home page ‘index’, such as index.html or index.php, as this will be loaded as the default page.
